Processing time

Each item is made to order. For small orders our production time is typically 1-2 business days.

Estimated shipping times

US Domestic Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Canada: 1-2 weeks

  • Europe: 2-3 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks

Customs and import taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of personalized items, we cannot offer return, refunds or exchanges on these products unless they arrive damaged or with a customization error that is our fault. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to provide a replacement or a refund.

Please note that if the customization error is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the customization process has not started.

For authorized returns, we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
